We provide, free of charge, exclusive videos, with several modalities of physical exercise to choose from.

Contact reception to get the necessary material to train and try out the various types of classes, in your room or in an outdoor Hotel area or even at the gym.

For your safety and precaution, at any time during the workout when you feel unwell (dizziness, bad mood, weakness, etc.) Stop the exercise immediately! If necessary, contact Reception.
