How to cancel or change a reservation made through our website?

Booking cancelation made through our website can be made in it or through request by e-mail (reservas.lisbon@hotelstarinn.com). Since some reservation do not allow cancelation you should consult the reservation condition before making the reservation.

What is the best time to be in the hotel for summer vacation?

Star inn Porto: Porto bathing season starts at 15th of june and finishes at 15th of september.

Star inn Peniche: Our hotel is located in front of Cova de Alfarroba beach and the best time to visit it is between June until the end of October.

How should I guarantee a room with a single bed or a double bed?

Star inn Porto: Our high floors are premium floors, you must book this room type.

Is it possible to do a pre check-in ?

Yes. After making the reservation, all customers who have provided email contact, will receive instructions by email of how to proceed to do a pre-check-in, within less than 7 days. If you do not, 3 days before check-in, we suggest again by email to do the pre-check-in. In this way it is possible for you to fill in the details of all guests and speed up your reception at our hotel.

How do I receive the booking confirmation?

After completing the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email to the indicated email address.

I lost the email with the booking confirmation what should I do?

We advise you to contact the hotel by phone or email. However, it is not mandatory to present the booking confirmation at the time of check-in, it is sufficient to present an identification document that matches the name under which the booking was made.

This information is available in the booking description and depends on the contracted rate. Generally, for cancellable rates, only the first night is charged, and for non-cancellable rates, the entire stay is charged.
