Is the city tax charged?
Star inn Porto: Yes it is, and it’s not included. Should be paid during the guest’s stay. The value is 2€ per person/night, until the maximum of 7 nights in a row per person/stay.

By what age children do not pay?
Star inn Porto: The children do not pay until the age of 4.
Star inn Peniche: The children do not pay until 3 years old (including).
Star inn Lisbon: The children do not pay until 3 years old (including).
Is a credit card needed to make a reservation?
Star inn Porto: Yes, is needed a credit card, the fees are non-refundable.
Star inn Peniche: No, our reservations are guaranteed until 6pm on the day of arrival, except in the high season when 50% or 100% advance payment is requested according to the number of nights. For NRF reservations, the credit card is charged at the time of booking.
Star inn Lisbon: Yes, a credit card is required to guarantee reservation and arrival after 6 pm.
