The Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (+351 218413500) lies 3 kms from Parque das Nações, 15 kms away from the city centre. There are direct flights or flights with stopovers, from all cities in the world.
TAP is Portugal’s main airline (707205700). It has branches in many cities to which it flies. Portugália Airlines (+351218938 or 707789090) – PGA – also has domestic and international flights. Other airlines, including low-cost airlines, also fly to Portugal.
To get from the airport to the city centre, you can use public transport or hire a car.

There are three motorways from Lisbon to Porto (A1), the Algarve (A2) and Spain (A12). Another major highway (A8) connects Lisbon and the West.

Lisbon has two main train stations for domestic and international journeys, particularly to Madrid.
Santa Apolónia Station:
Rail transport to Porto, Faro and international destinations.
Oriente Station:
International and regional connections, Madrid, Aveiro, Coimbra, Porto, Braga.
You can make reservations via the CP - Comboios de Portugal call centre (808 208 208 )

A taxi ride from the airport costs an average of around 15.00€. The amount to be charged for the journey is the same, and does not depend on the number of passengers in the vehicle. If your luggage exceeds 55x35x20cm it must be carried in the boot of the taxi or on the roof-rack. In this event, you may have to pay an extra charge. Wheelchairs, cots and baby buggies are carried free of charge. Tipping is not compulsory.
